Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping to customers within the United States. All parcels are sent out from our US warehouse within the first 48 hours once the order is made. You'll receive an email notification with two tracking numbers once the two parcels are dispatched, each including different parts of the chair. The shipping time usually takes between 5 to 8 natural days, depending on various factors. However, we're constantly working to make our shipping times faster for our customers.

Please note that due to Covid-19, there may be some delay in the delivery of your parcels. However, we use FedEx express shipping services to ensure that your parcels reach you as soon as possible.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from TACKspace, you have the right to apply for a return. Here's how:

  • Non-quality related returns: If you find that you don't like or don't need the product after receiving it, please contact our customer service team. We'll provide you with a return label, and you can send the article back to us. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost of the product.
  • Quality-related returns: If you receive the product and find any missing accessories or product problems, please contact us immediately and provide pictures or videos of the related problems. We'll provide you with the best solution possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund in a timely manner. Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
